Who we share it with

Trusted service providers (hosting, payments, email) who act on our instructions, your organisation's administrators, and legal authorities where required by law.

Security & retention

We use encryption, role-based access controls, and regular security assessments. Data is retained while your account is active and deleted within 90 days of termination.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
