Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 June 2025

By accessing or using the Stratos ERP platform ("Platform") provided by Optimasys Solutions, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the platform

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Platform for your internal business operations during your subscription period. You may not resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the Platform in any way that violates applicable law or harms others.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@optimasyssolutions.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Platform. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service.

Fees & payment

Fees are due in advance as agreed in your order. We may update pricing with 30 days' notice. Non-payment may result in suspension of your account.

Intellectual property

The Platform and all associated software, designs, and content remain the exclusive property of Optimasys Solutions. These Terms do not transfer any IP rights to you.

Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Optimasys Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three months preceding any claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. We may suspend access immediately for breach or non-payment. Your data will be available for export for 30 days after termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe.
